This is a redesign of a Mad Max trailer I made as part of my Sound Design Diploma in Pulse College. All of the sound elements were made by me. I made and recorded all the music, sound effects and dialogue with Pro Tools. The voice you hear singing is my very talented sister who I recorded myself. The audio levels are mixed to industry standard. As part of the project, I also had to mix the audio for 5.1 surround sound. I recorded myself playing guitar and bass and used a multi layered technique to achieve the desired tone. The drums are virtual instruments which go through a complex effects chain of plate reverb, distortion, EQ and compression. All the sound design is bespoke and made for this particular project.
